MANUFACTURING FLOW CHART

The production process follows a systematic flow:
Materials are sourced from trusted suppliers and inspected through incoming QC upon arrival.
Approved materials are organized in storage using the FIFO (First In, First Out) system.
The process begins with cutting, followed by precision machining.
Depending on the product requirements, parts then undergo plating, hardening, powder coating, or anodizing, followed by a second QC inspection.
Afterward, components are assembled and, if required, enhanced with laser engraving.
A final outgoing inspection ensures the quality of the finished products, which are then carefully packaged, stored, and prepared for delivery to customers.
