Precision CNC Manufacturing Capabilities

From CNC milling and turning to inspection and finishing, we provide the machining capabilities needed to produce custom parts from prototype to production.

CNC Manufacturing Process

From your drawing to the finished part, we keep the production process clear and controlled at every stage.

Process-1-Drawing Review

1.Drawing Review

We review your drawings and 3D files before production starts. Our engineers check dimensions, tolerances, materials, and machining details to make sure the part can be produced as specified.

Process-2-Process Planning

2.Process Planning

We choose the right machines, tools, workholding, and machining sequence for each job. For complex parts, the process is planned carefully before the first cut is made.

Process-3-CNC Machining

3.CNC Machining

The approved program is transferred to the selected CNC machine and production begins. Milling, turning, drilling, tapping, and other operations are carried out according to the drawing requirements.

Process-4-In-Process Inspection

4.In-Process Inspection

Critical dimensions are checked during machining, not only after the part is finished. This allows our team to catch and correct problems early and keep production consistent.

Process-5-Final Inspection & Finishing

5.Final Inspection & Finishing

Finished parts are inspected against the drawing before they leave production. Deburring, anodizing, plating, polishing, painting, and other finishing processes are also available when required.

Process-6-Packaging & Delivery

6.Packaging & Delivery

After final inspection, parts are cleaned, protected, and packed according to the project requirements. We arrange international delivery by express, air, or sea freight.

CNC Manufacturing Machines

We use different CNC machining platforms to match the requirements of each part. From standard components to complex geometries, our equipment supports both prototype and production work.

3-Axis CNC Milling

A practical choice for brackets, plates, housings, and general machined components. It provides stable and efficient production for parts with features accessible from standard directions.

4-Axis CNC Milling

Rotary positioning allows us to machine additional faces and features with fewer setups. This is useful for parts that require machining around multiple sides.

5-Axis CNC Machining

For complex parts, angled features, curved surfaces, and areas that are difficult to reach with standard setups. Multi-axis machining can reduce repositioning while improving overall consistency.

CNC Turning

Designed for cylindrical and rotational parts such as shafts, bushings, pins, sleeves, and threaded components. We handle both simple turned parts and more detailed geometries.

EDM & Wire EDM

Used for fine details, narrow features, and profiles that are difficult to produce with conventional cutting. EDM processes are particularly useful for hardened materials and intricate geometries.

Grinding & Secondary Operations

Grinding, drilling, tapping, and other secondary machining operations are available for specific dimensional and finishing requirements.

We select the machining equipment based on your part geometry, material, tolerance, and production requirements.

Quality Assurance

Quality is built into every stage of production, from incoming materials to final inspection. Our team follows documented quality procedures and checks parts against the customer’s drawings and specifications.

Incoming Material Inspection

Materials are checked before they enter production to verify specifications and required material grades. This helps prevent incorrect or inconsistent materials from reaching the machining stage.

In-Process Quality Control

Critical dimensions and machining features are checked during production. Operators and quality personnel monitor the parts throughout the process and address deviations before they affect the next stage.

Final Inspection

Before shipment, finished parts are inspected against the approved drawings and requirements. Dimensions, tolerances, threads, surface condition, and other critical features are checked as required.

Consistent Production

For repeat orders and small-batch production, we maintain consistent inspection standards throughout the run. This helps keep parts within specification from the first piece to the last.

Experienced Quality Team

Our production and quality teams work closely throughout the manufacturing process. Clear inspection procedures and defined responsibilities help keep quality under control at every stage.

From incoming material to final shipment, every part is produced and inspected with your requirements in mind.
